Under contract-accepting backup offers. Super cute and affordable home with amazing backyard and huge pool with spa in a sweet neighborhood. This has got to be the one you have been waiting for. It's an extremely well-kept home that just exudes charm from the moment you walk in the door, with two bedrooms plus a large bonus room that has a huge picture window overlooking the pool, two full baths, and a spacious one-car garage. The kitchen area is light and bright with French doors opening onto the expansive pool deck. The resort-like pool is a complete stand-out, especially in this price range, with a heated spillover spa and surrounded by lush landscaping. Even with such a large pool, there's still plenty of yard for day-to-day elevated outdoor living out back and tremendous curb appeal in the front. The home is available fully furnished. This one will likely not be around long, so don't hesitate to schedule your private showing.
