8440 E Montello Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85266

A rare combination of custom luxury coupled with extraordinary detail, desired features and generous upgrades. It's all here and begins with an acre N/S lot with stunning mountain views nestled quietly in the heart of this serene gated community. The perfect plan highlighted by a split master suite with additional sitting room/office, jack and jill bath between the secondary bedrooms, a 'chef's delight' kitchen with massive center island, double ovens, custom cabinetry and huge pantry. 20'' tile in all the right places, custom lighting and window treatments throughout and so much more. The rarest find of all-a 4 car garage that is actually a 5 car boat/trailer garage-WOW! Pictures do not deceive and are worth a thousand words! Home is a stunner, traditional sale, and an amazing value!
