8623 N Dixie Dr., Dunnellon, FL 34434

We are not going to sugar coat this one! Value in the property alone. If you want privacy, this place is it. On a cul de sac with non navigable land locked waterway on two sides. Do not enter home!! Floor is unsafe(Where there is a floor)!! Well and septic on property, unaware if they work properly. Home has electric on but no light bulbs are working. We suggest replacing home. Property overgrown. Use caution on property, all kinds of things in the yard. Order your roll off so it will be there the day of closing.
