Great unit in superb central complex. Just completed full rehab includes all new paint, carpet, new kitchen, new applainces-it's like new again-model perfect! Property is going to auction, there will be a commission paid to the buyer's agent through the auction company for successful closing of the winning bid, that amount is determined by the auction company-not the listing broker.
