Lender owned. Fabulous deal in Phoenix. This two story home needs a little paint and some updating, but it will be great! Tile throughout the downstairs. Large living room. Nice & bright open kitchen with miles of counterspace. And the backyard has a pool!! **All contracts/offers are subject to Indymac banks senior mgt approval & any offers/counter offers by Indymac bank are not binding unless the entire agreement is ratified by all parties.
