Big house, private community & low price! What more could you ask for?? Absolutely awesome living/dining area! This home is light and bright and seems bigger than the measurements. You can look down from the loft into the living room and 'give a speech'! This is a nice place, but, it could use some paint on the outdoor trim and probably a carpet cleaning. Other than that you could move right in. By the way, it is adjacent to where the new xway loop will be when completed. In a similar neighborhood just two miles south, the property values skyrocketed when it opened. Can it happen here? Who knows???
