Overall a good starter home. Fresh exterior paint & Great curb appeal. Lots of ceramic tile in all bedrooms and bathrooms. Carpet could stand to re replaced and interior painting is aged. Hugh 60 x 15 covered patio & upgraded A/C unit as well as windows.
Close to freeways and Westgate Shopping area.
