This two bedroom, one bathroom home is sitting on a double corner lot near the South edge of town. Just a short walk from the nearby City Park and recreation areas. There are two very nice garages connected by a large barn with strorage areas wrapped around the back of each garage. There are overhead doors from each garage that enter into the barn area as well as a large overhead door in the back for access to the alley. Both garages have their own electric panels and the North has a large loft area overhead for added storage. The front of the structure is currently open but could easily be enclosed to be complete. You really need to see this one to appreciate the possibilities. Schedule your showing today!
