I dreamed that I left a life up North. No more snow! Sunshine & palm trees filled my days. I found a 1st floor condo in the country's fastest growing city for a great price. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with a kitchen that looked out onto the dining area & living room. Wood cabinets with soft close doors and drawers, & Corian countertops had already been installed by Home Depot. NEW AC 06/20/2017- keeps my slice of paradise cool & comfortable. The 30 gallon water heater provided plenty of hot water for showers & laundry located within the unit. Finally, no more trips to the laundromat with a fistful of quarters - impatiently waiting to finish before moving on to the next exciting experience. 

In the evenings, I spent time on my screened lanai and paver patio, grilling and listening to the breeze rustle the Areca Palms that provide a beautiful view and privacy. I sat by the community pool and read. I rode my bicycle to Rotary Park, with beautiful trails, dog park, and butterfly garden. I dined at the finest restaurants in the city, including Cape Harbour. All of the conveniences that I would expect were located close to home.
