Great Glendale location, close to shopping , schools and freeway! THis is a great first time home or investment! 2 community pools, this is an open floor plan with a large family room and dining room. 3 bedrooms up stairs, home needs a little work but it is priced accordingly! Must be on the market 5 days before the bank will accept any offers.
