OWNER SAYS MAKE AN OFFER! Annapolis Model Remodeled! This is a MUST SEE HOME! A perfect place for people who love the California Lifestyle but don't want to pay the high prices anymore. This home has had a complete make over. The interior was stripped down to the 4 exterior walls, and has been transformed into a modern design with a wide open flow from room to room. The owners have literally invested THOUSANDS of DOLLARS in upgrades, including the electrical and plumbing. The laundry room was split in half and an office was created with a private half bath. This beautiful home rivals an Elegant Palm Springs Style with a fabulous pool side deck. The backyard is enclosed with a brick wall for ultimate privacy. Citrus trees grace the backyard and there is plumbing for an outdoor shower.
