OK, this home is a 3 bedroom, 1 3/4 bath with a 1 car carport. It was built with 8 inch block built in 1968. It has a nice exterior paint job with good color tones. The living room is a decent size with a pass over into the large eat-in kitchen. The front yard is desert landscaping while the back suports grass and a covered patio.
