9501 E Broadway Rd. #68, Mesa, AZ 85208

Come check out the unique layout in this roomy 2B/2B located in the enviable community of Cielo Grande. Updated flooring, some updated windows, and the largest second bedroom I've seen in a mobile. The outdoor spaces in this home are unmatched, with a large enclosed AZ room, covered rear porch, and a large rear yard patio. And if that wasn't tempting enough, this home features two sheds, one of which is a Tuff Shed. Conveniently located across the street from the clubhouse, pool, and new dog park. Cielo Grand is one of the best kept secrets in East Mesa. With a mostly year-round population, they have a very active year round social club, unusual for the area, and highly praised by the residents. If you're looking for a warm and welcoming community to make some new friends, look no furt
