9503 W Country Club Dr., Sun City, AZ 85373

This is one of the nicest homes on the Union Hills Country Club. Updated throughout with a stunning coating on the driveway, walkway and front patio/entryway. Stuccoed beautifully and a matching roof are all the outside amenities. Inside the wall has been cut back between the huge living room and family room, so that it is open and spacious and very eye appealing. The kitchen has all hardware replaced and new white appliances, with a granite looking counter top. All the lighting fixtures have been replaced and this home has an added sink in the master.
