9676 W Plantation Ln., Crystal River, FL 34429

This is a beautiful lot. It is very wooded and it has a beautiful pond in the back and Golf-Course view at the front. The new codes require a raised home which will make the view even more spectacular. Go south 1 street over to look at what the pond looks like, it abuts right onto this home site it will look like your own private pond. Go see this one of a kind home site. Close to shopping, dinning and about 6-8 min from 7-Rivers Hospital. Citrus County's only Beach is only 6 min away, public boat ramps are even closer.
