Fantastic bank owned home right across the street from your child's school. Top rated Peoria School District, 4 bedrooms / 2 baths. The roof needs work and the ac appears original to the home but is working. The range/oven needs to be replaced or repaired. Vaulted ceilings add to spacious feel. Despite needed repairs this is a bargain at this price in this location!
