The large boat slip off the northern side of the dock is capable of handling boats up to 60ft long, with a maximum beam of 15ft. The depth of this slip will accommodate very deep draft vessels and sailboats. This vacation rental is an ocean lovers paradise. By boat, the gulf is just a few short minutes away accessed by Blind pass to the south and Johns Pass to the north. The beaches along Treasure Island are mere footsteps away. The closest beach access is actually across the street and the neighborhood boat ramp is 100ft to the north.
