C-57 Windmill Harbour Marina, Hilton Head Island, SC 29926

This is a rarely available 30' boatslip in the Windmill Harbour marina. Windmill Harbour is 1 of 3 locked harbours on the East Coast. of the US. Direct access to the ICW and deep water. This slip is both tide-free and current free. Boatslip C-57 is a “four corner” tie-up dock - this is a big factor when a storm is in the area. C-57 is far from the harbor perimeter, which minimizes leaves, pine straw, and dust from the harbor walkway. Extra cleats were installed to improve tie-ups, along with wood fascia to minimize concrete/jelcoat contacts.
