Leoma's Landing is a total of five vacant land parcels totaling in 94.12± acres located at Chalet Suzanne Rd. in Lake Wales, Polk County, FL. The property has been approved for a Planned Development Project (PDP) by the City of Lake Wales. The approved master plan for the project includes 279 single-family lots.
