This is a 21.54 acre patented mining claim. It is known as the Weaver (Copper) Chief Lode Mining Claim in the Weaver Mining District and recorded on Mineral Survey No. 2338 with BLM. This mine was discovered in 1862 by Pauline Weaver, and the patent was signed in 1908 by Theordore Roosevelt. This mine is located within the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground.
