Forest View Highlands is a subdivision of single family homes built in the late 1980's and early 1990's. A newer section was built starting in 2017 by Emerald Homes. Forest View Highlands is located in Palatine, Illinois east of Northwest Highway and south of Dundee Road close to Deer Grove Forest Preserve and downtown Palatine that offers year round entertainment, restaurants, shopping, and the Metra train station. There are currently no homes for sale.
