Built in the late 2010's by Meridian-Porter LLC, Highland Terrace is a townhome community located in Wauconda, Illinois. Highland Terrace is just west of Route 12 (Rand Road), south of Bonner Road just off of Old Rand Road. Floor plans feature 2 - 4 bedrooms and up to 3 1/2 bathrooms. Models can be modified to include 3 to 4 bedrooms and up to 3.5 bathrooms. Highland Terrace offers a charming boulevard entry with clock tower monument, private cul-de-sac, two ponds and heavily wooded vistas. The neighborhood is convenient to the Wauconda library, Homer T. Cook Park and Wauconda High School. Shopping is nearby on Illinois 59, 176 and 12. Residents can take advantage of the nearby Chain O'Lakes.
