River City is a luxury mid-rise condominium built in 1986. River City is located in the South Loop area of Chicago, IL at 800 S Wells Street. Situated just off the south branch of the Chicago River, River City is close to Grant Park, Museum Campus, the Chicago Theater District, restaurants, shopping, public transportation and expressways. Designed by Bertrand Goldberg Associates, the River City buildings were construction in an S-shape with each of the 448 units as a wedge-shaped floorplan, fanning out from the center. The 17-story River City structure houses studio to 3 bedrooms and 1 to 2 bathrooms spaces, offering walk-in closets and balconies. Many of the units support river and marina views. Amenities include 24/7 door staff, exercise room, pool, hot tub, health club, roof top deck, clubhouse, storage, dry cleaners, leased indoor/outdoor parking and pet friendly. Boat slips are also available. There are currently no condos for sale.
