I doubt that the complicated process of selling and then buying a home is often so pleasurable as we experienced with our realtor, Kathy Saunders. She showed us potential new homes a year or so before we were actually ready to sell the home we'd inhabited for a quarter-century. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she showed our home while we were temporarily away on business. When the time came to look for a new home, she found the PERECT match for us right off the bat. In retrospect, I credit her with excellent knowledge and experience, with an excellent work ethic, with thoughtfulness, patience, and kindness.
