With needing to then sell our current house quickly, they met with us Friday to go through staging recommendations, had professional photos and 3D Matterport completed Monday, measurements Tuesday, "Coming Soon" Wednesday and showings began on Friday. This culminated in multiple offers by the end of the first weekend and an accepted offer above the asking price!
