From start to finish, Kristin was helpful every step of the way! She successfully navigated us through the basic steps as well as through some very out of the ordinary situations that arose during the sale of our home. We relocated out of state, and Kristin stepped up through open houses, meeting contractors for repair work, and even contacting people on our behalf to fight for meeting deadlines to keep the sale on track. Her market comparison to help us decide what to list at really showed that she knows and understands the local market. All of this, and our house was under contract in less than a month!
