She successfully navigated us through the basic steps as well as through some very out of the ordinary situations that arose during the sale of our home. He was not afraid to ask the tough questions and ultimately him asking once again for the reason for our high property taxes motivated us to contact the assessor's office. We were able to get the taxes significantly reduced which led to the sale of our property.

When we decided to move from our Michigan lakehouse back to Illinois to be near our family we had no idea of who to contact. We had been gone from Illinois since 1998.
