Fracensca was great. She was able to get comps and get the townhome on the private market quickly while we worked to get it cleaned and painted. We received a full priced offer withing 1 week without listing on the MLS. We closed within 6 weeks of the renter moving out. Francesca also lined up the attorney while providing contacts for painters cleaners etc. She helped make the process very easy.
