I just wanted to say that I had the best experience with Jackie. She was not only professional, but cared more about me than just a sale. She stayed in constant communication and always had an answer to my questions. I left a condo for a town home and the process was very different, but Jackie always went above and beyond making the process as least stressful as possible.

I really liked when Anita explained the process and kept me on top of what I needed to do. She set expectations of what could possibly happen and called it a practice bid. Now looking back she was being nice in the sense that she didn't want me to feel bad if the outcome was unfavorable, and for that I am very grateful.
