We've been working with The King Team since 2013 (2 buys and 2 sells). The King Team knowledge in the market is unmatched, the levels of professionalism and communication throughout the process is impeccable. Ultimately, The King Team really helped us have much less stress throughout all of our buys and sells. In comparison, when we purchased a property out of state (forced to use another realtor outside of The King Team market), the differences between that service and The King Team were night and day! So much better and so much of a difference with The King Team! I cannot think of anything that needs to be improved. From the initial contact, through pictures and the listing process, and to the end with closings, every person on the team is fantastic!

My husband and I worked with Kathy to sell our home and purchase a new one, and can’t say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, personable, patient and generous with her time. She thoroughly answered all of our questions and walked us though every step of the process. She provided fantastic guidance and support through both of the negotiations. As we hit a few bumps along the way, Kathy was able to quickly handle them for us and ease any of our concerns. For the sale of our home she arranged to have beautiful photographs taken which showcased the house incredibly, leading to multiple offers and our ability to accept one over asking. We plan to be in our new home for quite a long time, but if we were to move again we would definitely be calling Kathy!

There were only a couple of subdivisions that I wanted to work with and this site allowed we to enter my email address and I was then notified when a place came on the market. I loved this option!! Working with Jon - he was always available to work around my work schedule to go see places. I also liked how he was able to provide a lender and an attorney to work with. I even check out other lenders and the one Jon recommended to me was the best option. Keep up the great work!!
