Selling in the fall/winter and during the holidays was not ideal, but Kathy tried all different ways to market our home and make certain other realtors knew about our unique home. Several years before I put my unit up for sale, I contacted Jon Young to see apartments at a building in the Burr Ridge Village Center. I met him and he was able to show me a few apartments that were coming for sale. I explained that I was just beginning to explore changes in living for my retirement. Over the next years, Jon sent me listings including those for my own condo apartment which I found very informative and useful. So, when I decided to sell I contacted Jon. He is wonderful!
