From start to finish, Kristin was helpful every step of the way! She successfully navigated us through the basic steps as well as through some very out of the ordinary situations that arose during the sale of our home. We relocated out of state, and Kristin stepped up through open houses, meeting contractors for repair work, and even contacting people on our behalf to fight for meeting deadlines to keep the sale on track. Many times Anita has pointed out areas of concern that I would have otherwise missed. She has reminded me what was most important when I would get caught up in paint color or worn out carpet.
