When we decided to put our home on the market, we did interview other realtors, but the relationship we had already established with Kathy trumped them all! Selling in the fall/winter and during the holidays was not ideal, but Kathy tried all different ways to market our home and make certain other realtors knew about our unique home. Great! Everything went smoothly & what we wanted was stood up for.

When we decided to move from our Michigan lakehouse back to Illinois to be near our family we had no idea of who to contact. We had been gone from Illinois since 1998. At first we worked with a realtor my daughter had heard about but that was not satisfying. She really didn't listen and would just show us things that I had seen on the internet.
