Camp Creek Golf Club sits on 640 acres of coastal pine forest in Panama City Beach, Florida. The Tom Fazio-designed layout follows the natural contours of the property, routing through dense stands of tall pines and across open meadows that once served as a cattle ranch. Fairways are lined with native wiregrass and palmetto, and the course incorporates several restored wetlands that provide habitat for local wildlife. Water hazards appear on eleven holes, most notably the par-5 seventh, where a lake runs along the left side and a creek crosses the fairway 100 yards short of the green. The greens are TifEagle bermudagrass, rolled firm and fast, with subtle contours that reward precise approach shots. A series of elevated tees on the back nine offers views of the surrounding dunes and the Gulf of Mexico beyond.
