The golf course was designed by Joe Lee and opened in 1969; its layout follows the natural drainage of Nancy Creek, which crosses several fairways in engineered channels. The clubhouse, a two-story brick structure completed in 1972, houses locker rooms, a grill, and a ballroom used for member events. Practice facilities include a 10-acre range with target greens and a short-game area adjacent to the first tee. The club maintains a staff of PGA professionals and groundskeepers who oversee daily course conditioning and tournament operations.
