Mayacoo Lakes Country Club sits on 225 acres of rolling terrain in West Palm Beach, where former wetlands have been shaped into a golf course defined by its water features. The layout includes 13 lakes, several of which run parallel to fairways or guard greens, creating forced carries and narrow landing areas. The course was designed by Von Hagge and Devlin and opened in 1972. Bermuda grass covers the fairways and greens, while the rough consists of mixed native grasses that can thicken during summer months. The practice facility includes a driving range with target greens and a short-game area bordered by one of the larger lakes. The clubhouse, originally built as a private residence, was expanded in the 1980s and now houses a pro shop and dining room overlooking the 18th green. The course has hosted local amateur tournaments and club championships but does not hold PGA Tour events.
