The Revival Golf Club at The Crescent occupies a rolling tract of former farmland northeast of downtown Salisbury. The course was redesigned by Kris Spence, who retained several original fairway corridors while introducing new green complexes and strategic bunkering. Fairways are seeded with Tifway 419 bermudagrass; greens are built to USGA specifications and planted with Crenshaw bentgrass. Drainage improvements completed in 2019 include subsurface tile throughout the low-lying holes along Grants Creek. The layout alternates between open, wind-exposed holes and tighter corridors bordered by native hardwoods. Irrigation is supplied by an on-site well and monitored by a Rain Bird central-control system. The practice facility features a short-game area with multiple target greens and a separate putting green adjacent to the clubhouse. Cart paths are concrete, and several holes offer views of the adjacent Uwharrie National Forest ridgeline.
