It’s bordered by East Lake to the west, Avondale Estates and Decatur to the north, and Candler-McAfee to the south, with major roads like Columbia Drive and Memorial Drive providing easy access to Atlanta. Originally farmland, including the B.L. Wade Dairy on Belvedere Lane, the area transformed in the 1950s into a suburban haven.
