Nice starter or investment home. Great room and ample kitchen space with eat-in area. Home does need repairs -- biggest being that the air conditioning unit, and likely, the air handler, were stolen and need to be replaced. Other cosmetic repairs needed and priced to reflect it all. Home is sold AS-IS. Seller will not make repairs and offers no warranties or guarantees. Buyer to verify all facts, figures, schools and pertinent information.
