Yes its a mess! Tenant vacated without notice, but a good short sale opportunity. 4 bedrooms with a fireplace in the living room. Carpet in good shape and relatively new. Pictures show condition of home, but if someone is willing to put in a little elbow grease, they'll have a nice little place in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to schools.
