1155 Fern Forest Run, Oviedo, FL 32765

Located on five beautiful acres at the end of a private road with no HOA, this special property is a rare find! The one-story home has a new roof as of October 2016. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2 car garage, and an oversized screened pool and spa. Mature elevated plantings around the freeform pool with wide stairs and generous swim-out, and an expansive porch area create a lovely tropical setting. A dense natural green belt behind the pool offers complete privacy. With vaulted ceilings, transom windows, and numerous, well-placed sliding doors, the home is light and bright. The kitchen/family room is open and spacious and encourages togetherness around the wood-burning fireplace and kitchen activities. New granite and glass top island stove are an upgrade elegance. The master bedroom is a quiet retreat with his and hers sinks and walk-in closets, walk-in shower, garden tub, and private entry to the pool area. This unique property boasts both woods and meadows and is perfect for an equestrian estate. It is minutes from 417, the new Oviedo hospital, shopping, restaurants and UCF.
