Graceland Square is a unique Town Home Community located in Oviedo. Only 11 units on this very quiet street. Kitchen includes all appliances. A large one car garage is attached with a covered-screened breezeway that leads to the front door (no getting wet in bad weather). The second floor features both bedrooms (lots of closet space) and a 18'x 8' screened balcony/porch. A great location makes for easy access to the soon to come Oviedo Town Ctr., Oviedo Mall, UCF, the new Performing Arts Ctr. and Seminole C.C. The Oviedo Bus Line is within a short walking distance. The schools are all highly rated Seminole County Schools. This is a very unique little community.
