Location, location. Great view of intersecting canals with approx 130' canal frontage - will need survey to determine exactly. Very nice pool area for Florida living at its best - water and more water.Kitchen cabinets and bath vanities are missing. The seawall was not installed properly and is unsafe (will need replacement). There was no permit for cage. Some termite damage noted including roof, termite extermination being done, copper plumbing linesmay need replacement.
