This home has loads of potential. Great location in the heart of Brandon-quiet neighborhood. Large fenced yard. Home could use some updating but showsrelatively clean. House is a wee bit cluttered but florr plan is very nice with sunken livingroom and large formal dining room. Lots of windows and secondary bedrooms have nice 'bay' type windows. Front Sun Porch is very nice and backyard is large with big storage shed set on concrete. Rainsoft water system does convey but is not warranted.
