Vacant wooded property that has road frontage in Spindale City limits but goes east toward Forest City into the ETJ and abuts the City limits at the Knollwood subdivision. Land is mostly wooded, slopes from the Spindale to the Forest City side and has a creek at the lower end. It would make an excellent single family residence area or could be cleared possibly for some type of mini-farm. Land is deeded unrestricted but a portion falls in the Forest City ETJ and would have to comply with the zoning for that area. A small portion of the road frontage on Shenandoah is in the Spindale City limits so it would also have to comply with their zoning requirements. There is currently no road into the property, but it has around 250 feet of road frontage on Shenandoah and goes approximately 1300 feet deep to the back of the property at the creek.
