John just helped us buy our first place and what a dream it was. Because this was our first experience with a realtor, we didn't really know what good service was. From start to finish, Kristin was helpful every step of the way! She successfully navigated us through the basic steps as well as through some very out of the ordinary situations that arose during the sale of our home. We relocated out of state, and Kristin stepped up through open houses, meeting contractors for repair work, and even contacting people on our behalf to fight for meeting deadlines to keep the sale on track. Her market comparison to help us decide what to list at really showed that she knows and understands the local market. All of this, and our house was under contract in less than a month! She showed us potential new homes a year or so before we were actually ready to sell the home we'd inhabited for a quarter-century. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she showed our home while we were temporarily away on business. When the time came to look for a new home, she found the PERECT match for us right off the bat. In retrospect, I credit her with excellent knowledge and experience, with an excellent work ethic, with thoughtfulness, patience, and kindness.
