The course routing follows the natural drainage patterns of the property, moving between open meadow sections and stands of mature hardwoods. Fairways are predominantly bermudagrass with creeping bentgrass on the putting surfaces. Several holes play along or across a creek that bisects the property, requiring players to account for elevation changes and prevailing winds. The practice facility includes a driving range with target greens and a short-game area with multiple bunkers. The clubhouse, constructed in the mid-twentieth century, sits on a slight rise overlooking the first tee and eighteenth green. Maintenance practices include regular aeration, soil testing, and integrated pest management.
