Newnan Country Club sits on rolling terrain in Coweta County, Georgia. The course opens with a straightaway par-4 that slopes toward a creek crossing 250 yards from the tee. The second hole bends left around a stand of hardwoods, requiring a draw to avoid the lateral hazard on the right. A par-3 follows, played over a pond to a shallow, two-tiered green guarded by front bunkers. The back nine features a long par-4 that doglegs right along a lake, with the green perched on a peninsula. Several fairways are framed by tall pines, and the final three holes play uphill, culminating in a par-5 that climbs toward a green protected by deep bunkers on both sides. The clubhouse overlooks the 18th green and houses locker rooms, a pro shop, and a dining room.
