Bermuda grass covers the tees and fairways, while TifEagle covers the greens, which are kept at speeds averaging ten to eleven on the Stimpmeter. Bunkers are filled with local white sand and vary from shallow waste areas on the outward nine to deeper, flashed-lip traps around the inward greens. The routing alternates between open stretches and tighter tree-lined corridors, with subtle elevation changes—none greater than eight feet—occurring mainly on the back nine. Cart paths are asphalt and run continuously along the right side of each hole.
