The greens are planted with TifEagle bermudagrass and are maintained at moderate speed; they tend to slope from back to front and reward approaches played below the hole. Wind off the nearby ocean can affect club selection, especially on the exposed holes that run parallel to the Intracoastal Waterway. The layout also incorporates a small number of waste bunkers filled with crushed coquina shell rather than the more common white sand. Cart paths are paved and kept in good repair, and the overall maintenance standard is consistent with other private clubs on the island.
