The International City Golf Course occupies a level site on the outskirts of Warner Robins, Georgia. Fairways are defined by straight lines of Bermuda grass that run between stands of loblolly pine and scattered water oaks. Drainage swales cross several holes, requiring carries over shallow ditches lined with pine straw. Greens are built to United States Golf Association specifications and are covered with TifEagle bermudagrass that is mowed daily to maintain a firm surface. Irrigation heads are spaced at regular intervals along the perimeter, drawing from an on-site pond that also serves as a lateral hazard on holes five and fourteen. Cart paths are asphalt and follow the outer edges of each hole, separating play from adjacent residential streets. Maintenance equipment is stored in a single-story metal building near the first tee, and a practice green of the same turf is located adjacent to the clubhouse entrance.
