Laurel Oak Country Club occupies 600 acres of flat, sandy terrain in eastern Sarasota. The club’s golf course, designed by Ted McAnlis and opened in 1993, features bent-grass greens and Tifway 419 Bermuda fairways irrigated by on-site wells. Two distinct nines are separated by stands of live oak and sabal palm.
