St. Andrews Country Club occupies a 450-acre site in west Boca Raton, Florida. Designed by Von Hagge and Devlin and opened in 1981, the club features an 18-hole golf course bordered by wetlands, pine flatwoods, and man-made lakes. The layout incorporates wide fairways that run through a mix of native vegetation and landscaped areas, with several holes requiring carries over water hazards. The clubhouse, built in a Mediterranean-revival style, contains a formal dining room, casual grill, locker rooms, and a fitness center. Additional facilities include a 25,000-square-foot spa, an Olympic-length lap pool, and six lighted tennis courts. Membership is limited to residents of the surrounding gated community, which maintains private roads and 24-hour security. The club hosts regular member tournaments, junior golf programs, and social events throughout the year.
