Frenchman’s Creek Country Club occupies a 640-acre site in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, bordered by the Intracoastal Waterway and the C-18 canal. The property was developed in the early 1980s and remains a private, member-owned club. Its two eighteen-hole courses were designed by architects Peter and Roger McCumber and opened in 1983. Both layouts feature extensive water hazards, more than 100 bunkers, and corridors lined with native Florida oaks and sabal palms. The East Course traverses flatter terrain, while the West Course incorporates rolling fairways and larger waste bunkers. A 35,000-square-foot clubhouse, completed in 1999 and renovated in 2016, houses dining rooms, locker facilities, and administrative offices. Additional amenities include a 14-court tennis complex, a 25-meter lap pool, and a 6,500-square-foot fitness center. Membership is limited to 525 golfing families and is by invitation only.
Frenchman's Creek Country Club currently has (within 1 mile) no homes for sale.
