Old Palm Golf Club occupies a 640-acre site in Palm Beach Gardens, developed on former citrus groves between the turnpikes and the Intracoastal Waterway. The course was laid out by Raymond Floyd and built to USGA standards, with native sabal palms retained along fairways and water hazards drawn from on-site wells. Irrigation and drainage systems are fed by a 14-acre reservoir that also serves as a wildlife habitat for wading birds. Greens are planted with TifEagle ultradwarf bermudagrass and are maintained at 0.10-inch cutting height; fairways use Tifway 419. The practice facility includes a double-ended range, two short-game areas, and video analysis bays. A 28,000-square-foot Mediterranean-revival clubhouse houses locker rooms, a fitness center, and a 90-seat dining room overlooking the 18th green. Cart paths are concrete, cart distribution is GPS-tracked, and caddies are available on request.
