Fairways are defined by mature oak and maple corridors, with occasional doglegs that require precise placement rather than raw distance. Water hazards appear in the form of small ponds and a winding creek that crosses multiple fairways, most notably on the inward nine. Greens are generally small, undulating, and maintained at a firm pace. Bunkering is traditional—shallow, angular traps placed to guard front and side approaches rather than wrap entire greens.
