Sunset Hills Golf Club sits on the western edge of Pekin, Illinois, where the land slopes gently toward the Illinois River. The course was built on former farmland and follows the natural contours of the area, with several fairways running parallel to small drainage ditches that wind through the property. Mature oak and maple trees line many of the holes, creating distinct boundaries between adjacent fairways. The clubhouse, a single-story brick building constructed in the 1960s, houses a pro shop and a small grill that serves basic sandwiches and beverages. The practice facility consists of a modest driving range with grass tees and a short-game area with two practice greens. Maintenance crews keep the bentgrass greens closely mown, while the fairways and rough are a mix of bluegrass and rye. The course is open to the public and hosts several local tournaments each season, including high school matches for Pekin Community High School.
Sunset Hills Golf Club currently has (within 1 mile) no homes for sale.
