Lexington Country Club occupies a 400-acre site in southwest Fort Myers, Florida. The course was designed by Gordon Lewis and opened in 1999. It features four distinct nine-hole loops—North, South, East, and West—allowing members to play various 18-hole combinations. Large expanses of water border several fairways, and nearly every green is guarded by at least one bunker. The layout includes wide bermudagrass fairways that transition into TifEagle ultradwarf bermuda greens. Mature live oaks, cabbage palms, and pine stands frame many holes, while wetland preserves run through the interior of the property. The clubhouse, completed in 2000, contains a 300-seat ballroom, a fitness center, and both formal and casual dining rooms. Practice facilities consist of a double-ended driving range, a short-game area, and two putting greens. Membership is equity-based and includes access to tennis courts and a resort-style swimming pool.
