Killearn Country Club & Inn sits on roughly 200 acres of rolling terrain in northeastern Tallahassee. The golf course was designed by Bill Amick and opened in 1967; its bentgrass greens and Bermuda fairways are irrigated by a computerized system installed in 2004. The clubhouse, completed in 1972 and renovated in 2016, contains a 120-seat dining room, a pro shop, and locker facilities for men and women. Adjacent to the clubhouse is the Inn at Killearn, a 39-room hotel whose rooms overlook the 18th green and the practice putting green. The property also includes eight outdoor tennis courts, four of which are lighted, and a 3,000-square-foot fitness center equipped with cardiovascular and strength-training machines. Meeting space totals 4,800 square feet and is divided among five rooms, the largest accommodating 220 guests theater-style. The club maintains reciprocal playing privileges with several private clubs in Florida and Georgia.
